2 Corinthians 10:3-6 (NKJV) 

Strongholds 

• Cast or pulled down. 

Greek: 

• A castle. 

• To hold safely. 

Dictionary Definition: 

• A well-fortified place; fortress. 

Example:  

• David fled from King Saul and found refuge in strongholds. 

• 1 Samuel 23:14; 19; 29 

Strongholds 

• Lies exalted over truth where Satan finds refuge from God and enslaves us. 

Process Of A Stronghold 

2 Corinthians 10:5 (NKJV) 

Stronghold, arguments, high thing, every thought obedient to Christ. 

Colossians 2:6-8 (NKJV) 

Ephesians 6:10-18 (NKJV) 

• God’s armor is our weapon.  

• God’s armor enables us to stand. 

• It brings God’s ability to every fight.

1. Girdle of Truth
2. Breastplate of Righteousness 
3. Feet – Gospel of Peace 
4. Shield of Faith 
5. Helmet of Salvation 
6. Sword of the Spirit (God’s word)
