• The correction of abuses, bad habits & practices. 

• To abandon evil conduct or error.

Rebuilds the wall with old stones & gates.

• God’s work stirs the enemy up. 

• Tools in one hand; sword in the other. 

2 Corinthians 10:3-6 (NKJV) 

Strongholds (not demons) 

• A Castle (Greek) 

• To hold safely 

• Ex: David fled from King Saul and found refuge in strongholds. 

• 1 Samuel 23:14; 19; 29 

Dictionary Definition: 

• A place that serves as the center of a group, as of militants or of persons holding a controversial viewpoint. 

• A well-fortified place; fortress. 

Strongholds? 

• Lies exalted over truth where Satan finds refuge. 

• Casting down arguments. 

• Exalts itself against the knowledge of God. (truth) 

• Bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. 

The war is against absolute truth!
